HEALING VERSES

 

“… I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the LORD, 'because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.” Jeremiah 30:17.

 

In spite of all and everything may your soul praise Him because

 

“He forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases.” Psalm 103:1-5.

“The Lord heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3.

“O LORD my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me.” Psalm 30:2.

He sent forth His word and healed them; He rescued them from the Pit. Psalm 107:20.

 

“…You restored me to health and let me live. Surely it was for my benefit that I suffered such anguish. In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back.” Isaiah 38:16-17.

“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might, He increases strength…Those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:29-31.

“But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.” Malachi 4:2.

But Jesus could not do many miracles THERE (where is no faith) because of their lack of faith. Matthew 13:58. Mark 6:5-6.

“Now when Jesus had come into Peter’s house, He saw his wife’s mother lying sick with a fever.15 So He touched her hand, and the fever left her. And she arose and served them.16When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick,17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses.” Matthew 8:14-17.

"That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." Matthew 8:17.

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. Then His fame went throughout all Syria, and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.” (Matthew 4:23-24).

 

”And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” Matthew 8:7.

“His father was sick in bed, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went in to see him and, after prayer, placed his hands on him and healed him.” Acts 28:8-9

“Simon's mother-in-law was in bed with a fever, and they immediately told Jesus about her. Jesus healed her.” Mark 1:30-31.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8.


For all the promises of God are "Yes" in Christ. And so through Him, our "Amen" is spoken to the glory of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:19-20.

“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.” Matthew 9:35.

“Therefore confess your sins to each other (to those whom you have hurt) and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” James 5:16.

 

If you, precious child of God, suffer from depression living overwhelmed by sorrow, pray:

 

“Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am faint; heal me, LORD, for my bones are in agony. My soul is in deep anguish. How long, LORD, how long? Turn, LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love. Among the dead, no one proclaims your name. Who praises you from the grave? I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears. My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes. Psalm 6:2-7.


”Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes fail from sorrow, my soul and body as well.” Psalm 31:9.

”My eyes grow dim with grief. I call to You daily, O LORD; I spread out my hands to You.” Psalm 88:9.


”My heart pounds, my strength fails, and even the light of my eyes has faded.” Psalm 38:10.


”Restore us, O God, and cause Your face to shine upon us, that we may be saved.” Psalm 80:3.


”I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living. For You have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.” Psalm 116:8-9.

“Only the living can praise you as I do today. Each generation tells of your faithfulness to the next. The LORD will save me, and we will sing with stringed instruments all the days of our lives in the temple of the LORD.” Isaiah 38:19-20.

 

“A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17:22.


at the end:

”Come, let us return to the LORD. For He has torn us to pieces, but He will heal us; He has wounded us, but He will bind up our wounds.” Hosea 6:1.

And say loudly:


”I will not die, but I will live and proclaim what the LORD has done.” Psalm 118:17.

So, do not be dismayed, do not be discouraged! Trust what your heavenly Father says and live life under His protection, guidance and care. Psalm 34:7; 37:3.

 

“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” 3 John 1:2.
