"And this gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" (Matthew 24:14).
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed--a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith” (Romans 1:16-17).
The Gospel is the message how God loved the world and sent His one and only Son to suffer and die for all of us. The Gospel is good news, good message which has to be proclaimed. Good news, sealed by the blood of Jesus Messiah, by which and through whom all people receive Salvation.
Salvation means not only that we are justified and made holy and blameless in the eyes of God and have crossed over from death to life, and inherited eternal life. It means also deliverance from oppressions of life. It means also freedom, safety and restoration of those who believe in good news of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Gospel.
Gospel reveals the Righteousness of God, the Righteousness which we receive by faith alone. Gospel reveals our sinfulness and our incapability to do any good. Gospel tells we are saved by grace alone (Ephesians 2:8; Acts 15:11; Romans 3:24) and we live by faith alone (2 Timothy 1:9; 2 Corinthians 5:7).
Christ “was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification” (Romans 4:25; Isaiah 53:4-5). He died for our sins, He was buried and raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:4; Hosea 6:1-2).
The good news is “that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus” Ephesians 3:6).
This mystery “for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. His intent was that now, through the church (God's holy people, not the religion), the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to His eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. In Him and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence” (Ephesians 3:9-12).
Even angels long to look into these things (1 Peter 1:12).
Before this we were a children of wrath (Ephesians 2:3) but death of Christ was a sacrifice that turned away the wrath of God for every person who belief in Him and receives Him (1 John 2:2). All who are in Christ are reconciled to God the Father.
Gospel tells us that there is no another way how to receive forgiveness for sins, and to be saved except through Jesus Christ for
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
Gospel tells that no one can be justified by the law but through the law we become conscious about sin, consequently in need of Saviour (Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:20). Gospel is good news to all who believes in Him. (John 3:15; 1 John 5:11).
Gospel tells us that anyone who believes in Christ will never be put to shame (Romans 10:11) and all people of all the earth are welcomed come to God to receive the forgiveness of sins freely, for “all the prophets testify about Jesus that everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins through His name” (Acts 10:43; 1 John 2:2),
for “there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:5).
Gospel tells us that only God can forgive our sins (Luke 5:20-21; Isaiah 43:25; Hebrews 8:12; Mark 2:7; Matthew 9:2); only He can set us free from bondage of sin (Romans 6:6). No one and nothing else.
Everyone who are still in their sins and are doomed to destruction may come to the Lord for He pardons freely. May everyone come and receive Him with an open, willing heart and mind.
Long ago Jesus spoke through the prophet Isaiah: “Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost…” (Isaiah 55:1).
Later Jesus said: “whoever drinks the water (that is Holy Spirit) I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 4:14,7:37-38; Revelation 21:6).
Gospel of Christ Jesus is the Power itself. By hearing the Gospel people are saved, freed from addictions, oppressions and all kinds of destructions in this life, because the power of God works through it. Gospel, if understood and accepted correctly it its origin, has the power restore lives and save unsaved.
Apostle Paul wrote:
“Now to Him who is able to establish you in accordance with my gospel, the message I proclaim about Jesus Christ, in keeping with the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey Him - to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen”. (Romans 16:25-27).
Therefore, the Gospel proclaims that: “…we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:1).
Every one who by hearing the Gospel repent in his or her heart, which means changes own mind and return to God, receives the forgiveness of sin, righteousness of God and “…will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” (John 5:24; John 3:18).
“If you declare with your mouth, - Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” (Romans 10:9-10).
“Believe in the Master Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household." (Acts 16:31).
Jesus come that we may have life, and have it to the full, abundantly (John 10:10). So, do not refuse to have life, joy, peace and promised rest. Believe the good news, the gospel, chose the right way, choose the only ONE who can give you the abundant life both now, and forever. (John 10:10-11; John 3:36).
“Repent, then, and turn to YAHUAH, so that your sins may be wiped out,
that times of refreshing may come from the YAHUAH, and that He may send the Messiah,
who has been appointed for you—even YAHUSHA.”
