VAKARS AIVIEKSTS SAULRIETS KOKS UPE SKATS NO UPES UZ LUBANAS PUSILAST DAY, LAST BREATH

All of us have heard that we are living in the last days. Nevertheless, we will not touch on this question for now. The last day for each human being can come at this very moment, tomorrow... We do not know that.

In this article, I would like to talk to you exclusively about you and me.

Many may think there is enough time, but that is a lie. None of us knows what can happen at this very moment or the next day. How often and many times human life can be cut of in the most unexpected time!? So, we should think about this matter and settle our relationship with God before it is too late.

No matter what religions, cults or some other sources are teaching, understand this:

" God appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment..., so, we should seek God with all our soul, mind and heart in order to escape the coming and finally eternal judgment/ punishment for sins. (Hebrews 9:27). There will be no possibility to make right with God after we breathe out our last breath.

So, you see, it is crucially important to know and understand where we come from; why are we here on earth? What is the meaning of our life, why do we live? What will happen to us after we end our lives here on earth?

To make a long story short, we are God’s creation; we were born already with the purpose in us. None of us is the product of evolution.

In the book of Acts 17:24-26, we read that God made the world and everything in it. God, Himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else... God created human beings in His own image. In the image of God He created them; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:27.

The first people God created, were smart, beautiful, loving and they had a close, intimate relationship with God their Creator. They were our first original ancestors.

But, there was another person, the devil. He come to our ancestors and did lead them astray by deceiving them.

Alas, our first ancestors chose to believe evil lies. They disobeyed their Creator, they forsook everything God told them and listened to Satan's lies. God told them not to eat only from one tree in the garden. All of the rest was allowed to them. They had only one restriction! God told if they disobey, they will die at that very moment. They disobeyed and died. Spiritually. From that time on we all come to earth spiritually dead. Genesis 2:15-17.

From that time on Sin and Death is in the world; from that time on whole earth Adam and Eve (by forsaking loving God), handed over to Satan who now is the god of earth; from that time on humans are sinful creatures in God's eyes and in their hearts and are under His wrath. From that time on we are separated from God, but He wants for us to find a way back to Him.

So you see, we all come from God and our purpose is to seek God and begin a relationship with God which Adam and Eve broke.

God has said: “ye shall seek me, and find me when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13.

We are born sinners because we all inherit the sinful nature of our first ancestors. And as for a sinner, there is no way to be with God in a relationship neither here on earth or after death because God is holy.

Therefore we desperately need someone who can redeem us from our fallen state so that we can have peace with God again. And also with ourselves.

As it is written, in the book of Romans 3:10: “THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NOT EVEN ONE.

And only fool says in his heart, “there is no God.” All people are corrupt; their acts are vile. There is no one who does good in God’s eyes.

There is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. (Psalm 14:1, 53:1, 143:2; Romans 3:9,19; Proverbs 20:9; Isaiah 64:6; Rom.1:8).

But if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not un us. (1 John 1:8).

Because our ancestors sinned, now we inherit this SIN without any exception.  ... all have sinned and fall short of the glory of ... (Rom.3:23).

So you see, all of us are under the power of sin. And we do not sin because we want to (except some). No, we do sin because we are made to be sinners.

So, we come from God. He made us and we are His. We are His children and He loves us. God loves you more than you ever can imagine. Moreover - He does not want anyone to perish for eternity by so pleasing Satan but all people come back to Him with repentant hearts; changed attitudes and thoughts about Him who created us. (2 Peter 3:9). And we live to accomplish the plan and will that God has for each human being.

To our first ancestors, God also gave a free will to choose between good and evil. This we also, along with Sin, inherit from them.

Dear friend, if you are reading so far, then do soften your heart and answer to God, (Hebrews 3:8; Exodus 8:15; Romans 10:21; Proverbs 1:24) who is knocking now at the door of your heart. (Revelation 3:20).

Choose good, choose life and peace now and for eternity. Why does anyone by their stubbornness and unrepented heart should perish?

Open your heart and receive Jesus as your Saviour.

“For no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply shows us how sinful we are.” The law of Moses simply shows how desperately we need Jesus.  Romans 3:20.

ONLY “Through Him, everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses.”

Acts 13:39.

"From one man God made every nation of men. God intended that we would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. For in Him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of the poets have said, ‘We are His offspring.’… Therefore since we are God’s offspring, we should not think that the Divine Being is like gold or silver or stone - an image made by human design and skill. God overlooked people’s ignorance about these things in earlier times, but now He commands everyone everywhere to repent of their sins and turn to Him." (Acts 17:27:30; Titus 2:11; Acts 3:19; Acts 10:43; Luke 24:47; Acts 2:38; Acts 13:39; John 3:15; John 20:31).

In all of us, God has put a microscopic hole in our souls. Unless this small hole is filled with God, there is no peace or true happiness in our lives. There always will be that aching feeling for something; that longing and craving for something more; and the more we get, the more we want. We are never satisfied... There always will be fear of death; depression; struggles. There always will be heart's longing for love, which only God can give.

So, we come from God and we need Him. Without Him, we are just sinful creatures whose destiny is eternal punishment apart from Him in a dark place. Our real and true purpose in this life is to seek God; to find Him and then keep, maintain a close relationship with Him daily even more like with the best friend.

I think now we have already the answer where do we go after we die? Anyone who puts in order their relationship with God here on earth will, of course, go to Him.

To all those who think opposite, God has given very severe warnings in order not to frighten but so that all may be saved. God truly loves all His creation. He loves you and does not want you to perish. God tells us that hell is a place of absolute horror, suffering, loneliness, complete never-ending despair, hopelessness and darkness. (Matthew 22:13; Luke 13:28; Luke 16:23-26; Revelation 21:8).

We must be saved, redeemed, rescued from our sin and empty life. No one person can redeem himself or another. Only God who already provided the way to Him by sending His Son on earth can forgive all our sins.

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved!" (Acts 2:21; Romans 10:13; Joel 2:32).

God saves all people who hear the Good News of Messiah, believes Him in their hearts and by faith accepts His redeeming work on the cross which He accomplished for all humanity.

It is a gift from God for every person. (Ephesians 2:8; Romans 3:24).

In Jesus only we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace. (Ephesians 1:7).

It is a gift to you, my friend so that you do not have to live in doubts and fear anymore, but by knowing the Truth begin a new life in Him and for Him, who created you.

Jesus brought peace between humans and God. All our sinful nature wants to rebel and resist God. We are not able to make the way back to God by ourselves. We need God who did it for us. Without God we are doomed to a life of anguish and suffering; we live in hostility against God and others; we feel discomfort and live in misery. That is the truth.

Now, if you truly understand that not your good upbringing, Christian parents, going to church, doing good deeds or anything else can save you from your sins or lead you closer to God, we will go to God saying this:

Dear Jesus, forgive me for I lived in ignorance about many things when only one thing was needed. I understand now you are my Saviour. Please forgive me for my empty life; forgive all my sins. I accept Your gift and place my life into Your hands. Come into my heart, wash me, cleanse me and work in me and through me so that I can become the person You want me to be. Send Your Holy Spirit and teach me from now on. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

”If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” (Romans 10:9; Acts 16:31; Galatians 2:16).

My prayer for all of you is that you be found in Him, no having your own righteousness, which is by obeying the LAW, but that which is through the FAITH in CHRIST, the righteousness which is of GOD BY FAITH. In Jesus name I pray and may He enlighten the eyes of your heart so that you begin to see clearly. Amen. Philippians 3:9.

But you, dear friends, who already know God's grace, mercy, goodness, love and kindness, I say this:

" by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear - hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy - to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.”

 Jude 1:20-25.
