The Truth Of God
The Truth of God is that by grace people are saved, through faith -
and this is not of any human effort, it is the gift of God to human beings –
not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9; 2 Timothy 1:9; Romans 3:24, 28; Titus 3:5.
In the book of Romans which is written by Paul to the believing Jews and non Jews (the pagans) who lived in Rome, he explained the new life in Christ saying:
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so He condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit” (Romans 8:1:4).
Christ did not did away with the first five books of Moses, but fulfilled the entire Law so that now all who accept His Word, who believe in it and live by the Spirit which are given to those who accept Christ as their Lord and Saviour, have been made holy, right and blameless in the eyes of God (not necessarily in the eyes of world), through and by faith. (Matthew 5:17).
By God's grace and with the Holy Spirit's help people are enabled to live honoring God and walk as Jesus walked on the earth. It is no our efforts and struggles which brings us victory over daily temtations, but it is His grace and constant Holy Spirit's help.
Before this Paul says:
“…Therefore no-one will be declared righteous in His sight by observing the Law;
rather through the law we become conscious of sin.
The consciousness of sin brings us understanding that we are in great need of Saviour – Christ Jesus.
Because now- “…a righteousness from God apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law (books of Moses) and the Prophets (Major Prophets: Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, Daniel. Minor Prophets: Hose, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi) testify. This righteousness from God come through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in His blood. (Romans 3:21-26).
Further you can read that man are justified by faith apart from observing the law by upholding the law. To uphold the Law is possible by the grace and power of God who gives us grace to live after the Spirit, if we continue is His teaching and follow the Spirit who always are with us after the Christ has come into our lives.
So, now all those who are in Christ will not be judged anymore because nobody can be convicted/ judged twice. God judged His own Son in our place.
He, the Son of God, was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. Romans 4:25.
So, now through Christ Jesus all of you who are in Him, are the children of God through faith. Galatians 3:26.
Everybody who sins apart from the law also will perish apart from the law; all who sin by knowing the law, will be judged by the law. Romans 2:12. Terrifying.
…whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Romans 3:19.
But those who are truly in Christ and Christ in them, and are led by the Spirit –
Are free from the curse of the law, the power of sin and death. Galatians 3:13; Romans 6:7; Romans 8:2.
Holy and blameless before Him in love. Ephesians 1:4; 1 Peter 1:16.
Are new creatures in Christ. 2 Korinthians 5:17……
The listing of who new Christian become (when begin to follow Christ’s teaching) could be very long, but for now understand,- there is no more condemnation for those who accept the Truth of God. If you trust that God is true and believe in Him, than all His promises are YES in Christ. And there is nothing you can do or not to do in order to receive His GIFT and live in HIS LOVE.
Human being is not able to do anything what could possible make him or her holy and be accepted via the good works. Holiness is received in accordance to the God’s promises through faith. All good works done in flesh are as filthy rugs… Isaiah 64:6.
No condemnation also means no condemnation.
And if the sin, breaking the law and etc, is punished on the cross in the body of Christ, than nobody can judge you anymore. Son of God suffered and died in your place. And did rise up to make you right with God. All curses and punishments ment for us, fall on Him. IT IS FINISHED… John 19:30.
The sacrifice made once and for all was done and finished. There is no more second sacrifice which could be able to bring for you the offering when you sin. Hebrews 10:26.
For this reason be holy and live with consciousness that the blood of Christ is cleansing you constantly. 1 John 1:6-8.
The Word of Truth is as living water through whom all who believe are refreshed and fed so that are enabled to stand against the power of the ruler of this world.
Nothing and nobody can put us back under the yoke of religion who teaches that good works are needed to approach the holy God.
No, good works are the fruits which Holy Spirit will create/ produce through you after you already have been received gracefully given gift of God,- the forgiveness of all your sins. Than you will praise and glorify God for all He has done for you.
It is no matter how often you will fall and what you will do, - as long as you remain in His Truth, in His Love and in His Light, - His blood will cleanse you and His Spirit will lead, guide and teach you all things. 1 John 1:7.
Christ gave Himself up for us. He made us holy and proclaimed that we are His holy possession, eager to do good. Titus 2:14.
Fix your eyes on Jesus only, the pioneer and perfecter of faith (Hewbrew 12:2), be strong and never give up (Galatians 6:9).
Love one another and believe that God Himself will lead you in the ways to go so that you will overflow with good deeds and His name will be praised. Walk with God daily. Talk with Him and listen His advices.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ… Ephesians 2:10.
Do not go with the world, but renew your mind daily… Romans 12:2.
Do not worry or even think about what others say or think. Keep in mind that you are loved, forgiven and Father is always with you. Test all you read, hear and see. Live as the child of God and allow God to work in you and through you.
God is in you already. Allow Him to take you to places where you never dreamed of. Allow Him to love you.
Romans 7:6; Galatians 3:13; Galatians 3:22-26; Romans 6:14-15.
May God bless you as you seek Him!
