This article is more for those who know Christ their Saviour already. For those, who do not know Him yet, being under some religious or some other people's made up teachings and preconception's yoke, the worry is constant "friend" and actually it is difficult to find cure or recipe which could help to obtain peace living accordingly to the wisdom offered by this world. There is difficult to find remedy or counsel, what can give deep, lasting peace apart from Christ. Actually it is not possible. For those who do not know Christ yet , I pray In Jesus name for all of you to come to the knowledge of Him, and ask God for mercy, may He in His grace give you the peace and wisdom in any situation, so that you acknowledge His name for your own sake and the glory of Him. Amen.
I would like to warmly advice you - do not spend your energy and precious time worrying, instead use it to pray and believe that God will do all He promised to do.
So, if you know your God the Father and are in Christ and Christ is in you, yet something hinder your walk with God preventing wholesome spiritual and thereby also phisical development, than that could be just because of simple ignorance of full knowledge of who God is and what He is saying. As long as we do not know His will and His great love for us, unnecessary and needless feelings of guilt, depression, modern illnesses such as Obsessive-compulsive disorder and many others this world's evil things will be present. Constant worry about current circumstances, tomorrow, future and so forth will be the ones who will rule over your lives.
But if you are in Christ, than in accordance with the Bible, which is the Word from God to all of us, you have no real basis for worry, anxiety and fear. For every Word of God is true and right, and all His promises are "YES" in and through Jesus Christ. You must go to Him with all your worries and roll them over to Him. God promised that He never ever leave you or forsake you (Psalm 91; Isaiah 41:10; Isaiah 43:2; Deuteronomy 31:6; Hebrew 13:5). If you are in Christ, the Almighty God never will be angry at you anymore. Instead He is and will remain the loving, carrying Father who wants to save and protect you from all evil, and love you as His dear children (you, who have His Son Jesus).
He do not want for you to live in worry, concern and anxiety destroying your health, relations with others and relation with Him. God your Father wants may all His children are secure about their future; may they have peace, joy and love, and so may they are provided with all things in order so that they are able to do all good works which He Himself has prepared for His elected ones (for those who have Christ) from the beginning of the world.
Yet people because of lack of knowledge about God's purposes and Words, by believing in mere human beings made up, and often religious teachings, are living miserable lives. People live in constant anxiety, in worry and fear, feel lonely and suffer greatly, which destroy so precious time which should be spend in love, peace and joy with the loved ones, and with God the Father.
False selfimposed guilt feeling, high expectations from others and selfs, and many other unnecessary things developed during the life time often has nurtured so that the child of God is wrapped in worry. Constant worrying by the habit is able, as the "plague," consume people's time, joy and hinder them from victorious walk with God. By constant worrying - what if...; how...; when...; what now...; but..., we absolutely destroy this beautiful, matchless, unprecedented given moment of our life, which is today and now, and do not realize that it is not retrievable. And worry has never solved anything. People lead lives full with different kinds of worries and spent many sleepless nights worrying about things where they have no any power over. People can be absolute masters in the worrying field, but can we by worrying change anything in our lives? Can any one of us by worrying add a single hour to our life or change at least something?
If you are dragged into the snare of constant worry, or current situation is dreadful, or there is anything else what plunder you from peace, than it is time to learn to rest in Jesus through His Word. From my own experience I have learned that it is must to be learned because our enemy is never at ease (1 Peter 5:8; Mark 4:15; 2 Corinthians 2:11; James 4:7). Jesus redeemed us and gave us life, He set us free from sin power over us, from the curse of the law and condemnation, He gave us His righteousness and now not we, but He lives in us. He redeemed us from the power of evil and gave freedom to live by His power which is able to give us peace at all times and in every circumstance.
Constant, deep peace and joy we can find only through God's given wisdom, His Word, by knowing what God is saying particularly in our situation. Blind believing in something have never helped or saved anybody. Every believe must be based on solid foundation which is only Jesus Christ the Son of God in accordance to His own Word, and not that what religious teachings offer (Psalms 9:10, 12:7, 34:4, 37:25, 37:28, 91:14, 94:14, ; Proverbs 10:3; John 3:17; Hebrew3:1).
Each and every child of God must know that God Himself redeemed and rescued us from the power of Sin and Satan influence over us. He redeemed us from the Sin condemning the Sin in the Jesus flesh. Is it allowed for anybody to condemn person twice? No! So, if you accept Jesus who was condemned in your place, you can't be condemned anymore by anybody. God condemned your Sin in Jesus nailing it to that cross and He fully justified you by raising Jesus from death. Now you who have Jesus Christ have been freed from SIN, justified from all the sins commited in past, present and future, and seated in the heavenly realms in Jesus Christ, being made holy, righteous and blameless in the eyes of God. All who are in Christ are the righteous ones for it is Jesus Christ who live in us, not we. And now the child of God is redeemed from the power of evil one and are under the God's protection.
But to all of us God gave free will and we can choose only one thing - to believe exclusively God's Word, or this world's, religion including, teachings. But for all those who believe the Word of God He is saying - worry not and fear not. What ever situation you are in, He said, relax and do not worry. Worry not, even when trials come on you like "roaring dark waters" and seems that there is no any way to escape. For if you are the child of God, He will take care of you. Worry not... instead pray about everything...For God said - " A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you." (Psalm 91:7).
Ask Him for advice and leave all in His hands for it is His Holy Spirit who now works and lives in you; not the spirit, which is Satan with his fallen angels (demons) who rules over this world.
Now not your good intentions; not your constant promises - next time I will do better; not your trying to perform better, or anything else, but the Holy Spirit leads you and works through you if you allow it.
Read what are actions and behaviour of Holy Spirit.
The hardest lesson to learn is to maintain peace in every circumstance and situation for that is what releases the power of God. Constant worry can quench the Holy Spirit and He can cease to do what He could do for by worrying we restrict Him from working in us and through us.
Worry not also when you fail at a times and seems that failure comes after failure, for baby also fall many times before get strong and can walk on own, but parents any way encourage him, help and love. So, trust in Jesus all the time, for He loves you and will uphold you at all times.
Allow nothing and nobody to steal your joy from you by worrying, for that can lead only to greater evil.
"Hope in the LORD and keep His way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it" (Psalm 37:34).
His way is to love each other as He loves us, and rejoice in Him always. His ways are peace and life in the spirit; for flesh counts for nothing, it is the Spirit who gives you life.
"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own" (Matthew 6:34).
Do not worry about things which you can not change nor make better, nor different. Seek His kingdom and resist temptation to worry.
Do what ever your hands find to do and the rest leave in His hands. We on our own can do nothing apart from Him when it comes to victorious Christian walk which is life free of worry. Pray in Spirit un Truth. Prayer is the best way to free mind from worrying.
Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.
For, can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life, or change present circumstances, or the future? Matthew 6:27.
Worry by itself can lead us away from God who provides for us and rescues us from all troubles in His way and timing. Seek first the kingdom of God, and make Him your business.
The point of all this is, that it is the will and command of the Lord Jesus, that we pray daily instead of worrying and keep close relationship with Him, for He alone is able to change current situation and help in any time of need. He promised to give us strength, wisdom and understanding. He is the One who gives us the ability to bear and stand up tall under our daily troubles.
He provides for us even sometimes we do not acknowledge or know it. Worry often put obstacles in His work and sometimes He even do nothing, and wait for us come to Him and leave all in His hands. For blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. Jeremiah 17:7-8.
God leads us, protects us and provides for us even we do not see it. He leads us if we trust in Him and ask for it. Proverbs 16:9.
Why worry if God said - "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye on you." (Psalm 32:8).
For if the heaven and earth Creator, He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all - how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?" (Romans 8:32).
And "if you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your gracious Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!" (Matthew 7:11).
O, you of little faith, why did you doubt in anything and start to worry? (Matthew 14:31).
Know that "God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." (2 Corinthians 9:8). "having all that you need" means that God is able to give you ALL things what you need, so do not worry, but pray and ask Him instead.
All things comes from God. For from Him and through Him and for Him are all things What ever you do, in whatever circumstances you are, worry not.
Fix your eyes on Jesus and all you do, do it for His name's glory and in His name. Call on Him, pray and He will answer you. Trust in Him and do not worry, but allow Him to work and act, and lead your life as He sees to fit it.
For "though God has made you see troubles, many and bitter, HE will restore your life again; from the depths of the earth HE will again bring you up." (Psalm 71:20).
Elohim alone, the Creator of heaven and earth, our Father in His unfailing love to us through our Saviour and great Shepherd are able to restore us and give us new life, new hope and future if we stop to worry, no matter how hard we have messed up and how many bitter tears cried out. John 15:1-2; Daniel 11:35; Psalm 71:20.
Your heavenly God the Father is able to lift you up and meet all your needs. Your heavenly Father is able to rescue you from oppression, sorrow and pain. Your heavenly Father is able to give you brand new life in Jesus Christ. Therefore worry not, for it is not in your power to change anything. Instead believe, trust in Him and He will put a new song in your mouth.
"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us,
to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!
For from Him and through Him and for Him are all things.
To Him be the glory forever!
Amen and Amen."
(Ephesians 3:20; Romans 11:36). Philippians 4:6, 4:19; Proverbs 3:6; James 1:5; Proverbs 19:21; Psalm 34:19; Psalm 23.
May the God of peace be with you all. Amen. Romans 15:33.
